We look forward to welcoming you to our church, whether you’re just visiting Corpus or you’re from the area.  We want to be a church were all people feel welcomed and where their faith is encouraged & strengthened.  Below are a few things to know about visiting this Sunday morning.  If you’re planning a visit, let us know so that we can expect you–if you have any other questions, please contact us.

Our Sunday morning worship begins at 11am, and we’re done in about 75 minutes.

We’re a come-as-you-are church.  You’re bound to see anything from jeans to ties and dresses to shorts. During the service we’ll pray, sing, read from the Bible and hear a 15-20 minute message from our pastor.

Most of the songs we sing are hymns, but we have a group that also leads us in learning newer songs.

The service is primarily in English. We do, however, sing some in Spanish and hear Bible readings in Spanish, too. We use a projection screen to show announcements, Bible readings and hymn lyrics.

Once you’re here, our ushers can help you with any questions you may have.

A nursery is available during the worship hour for children ages 5 years and under.  We have trained nursery workers ready to help your child(dren) feel at home.  The nursery is located within the sanctuary, to the left of the main entrance.

Sunday School begins at 10am.

We have classes for elementary-aged children, a class for JR High & High School students and several classes for adults.

All classes for children & youth are in the Education Building (next to the parking lot).

Here is a listing of the adult classes:

The RUAB (Rise Up And Build) class: meets in fellowship hall
DORCAS class: meets in downstairs room of the Education Building
Young Adults class: meets in upstairs room of the Education Building
Seekers’ class: meets in church office (smaller of our 3 buildings)

First, there is street-side parking around the church. We do have a parking lot at the corner of Comanche & N. Brownlee Blvd.
